Henrico 21

I have been speaking, planning, or collaborating with a number of teachers to get things ready for their Henrico 21 submissions.  There are a few things that you should keep in mind when working on your lesson plan or teaching the lesson.

Some reminders as you are teaching/ writing up your lesson:

  1. The lesson plan can be written in either the instructional planner format or the Henrico 21 lesson plan format
  2. Be sure that you have a rubric for your lesson.
  3. Keep blank and completed copies of rubrics and any work the students completed during the lesson.
  4. If you can, take pictures during your lesson.
  5. Make sure that there is no denial of permission for any student work or pictures submitted.

Student 21 reminder:

Submitting student work is very easy!  Just go to http://blogs.henrico.k12.va.us/student21/submission-form/ and fill out the form.  We can fill out the form together if you would like.  Remember to let me know if you submitted something without me just so I can make sure it is ready to go!
