Yesterday I spent some time with Mrs. Atkinson’s second graders at Carver Elementary. We wanted to have a bit of holiday fun so we bounced over to ABCya Christmas Tree Fun. The students created patterns on their Christmas trees. They could use the colorful ornaments, garland and lights to create their patterns. When we finished we used the snipping tool and took a shot of their tree. Then they pasted their image into a Google Slideshow so we could look at each other’s patterns. It was such a fun lesson! We projected their slideshow on the class board and each student shared their patterns with the class! Check out their finished product!
