Second grade students in Mrs. Carriere’s class used Seesaw to practice their rounding. They chose a number and used the pen tool to show how to round it up or down. Then they used the recording tool to explain how they rounded. Some even used the caption tool to explain in words instead of using their voice. When they were finished, they looked at eachother’s in the class journal and made nice comments to eachother. We discussed how to make nice comments and use an online portfolio as a group incorporating some very important digital citizenship concepts! Take a look at some examples.
