I had the opportunity to help out at the Nuckols Farm Book Celebration. The fourth and fifth graders did an amazing job sharing their knowledge about the books they read. I ran the Instagram station. The students used an Instagram template to create an Instagram about a book they read for the Book Celebration. I showed them how to use the Dell Webcam to take a picture of the book cover and of themselves. They then dragged the pictures into the template and filled in the information such as book setting, characters, and events. Afterwards, they took a screenshot of their finished product and uploaded it to a Padlet wall to share.
