I spent some time this morning with some of my favorite first graders! We went on a QR code scavenger hunt! Mrs. Meier’s and I created this QR Code “Springtime Peep” activity last year! I was so excited when she reminded me about it! Students started by searching the room for various peep tags. They answered a fraction question such as “What fraction of the peeps are yellow?” or “What fraction of the peeps are blue?” Then when they could show me that they had answered all the questions they took an iPad and went back to scan the QR codes and self-check their work!
