The students in Mrs. Golden’s 2nd grade class are starting to talk about Drawing Conclusions. Today they were asked to use the Dell Webcam to take a picture of themselves expressing an emotion of their choice.

Then they went to this website to create a trading card. On the card they imported their picture and typed a description. In the description, they couldn’t say how they were feeling, but they described a situation that would make them feel this way and their classmates could read what was posted on the class padlet wall and try to determine what their emotion was.

They really enjoyed this activity and they liked being able to view their classmates work as well.
