Janet Driver, amazing librarian at Montrose, brought back her “We Are Readers Then & Now” interactive Aurasma hallway display for Library Week. She asks for teachers to e-mail a baby picture and their favorite book. She also records a short video of the teacher explaining why this is their favorite book. The students love to guess who the baby is in the picture and then scan to see who it is in the video. It has been quite a hit! They especially loved scanning Mr. Durniak’s baby picture! What a great way to get kids interested in reading their teachers favorite books!
