The students in Mrs. Milwit’s Kindergarten class have been learning about shadows and how they are made. As a culminating activity, they decided to make their own shadows by standing in front of the beam of light coming from the projector on a cart that was shining on the Promethean Board. Then they posed however they wanted to make their shadow. They captured the picture of their shadow on the iPads and then used YakIt Kids to make their shadows talk. It was fun to hear what the students thought their shadows looked like and adding faces to the shadows to make them talk. Check out a few great examples from her class!
