Reference Sources Nearpod with NEW iPad Minis

The iPad Minis, funded by a HEF Grant awarded to Montrose, just came in and we were so excited to put them to use! Mrs. Driver (librarian) used my References Sources Nearpod with 4th grade for this lesson. Students were able to access the lesson using the Nearpod app and the lesson code. Throughout the lesson, students had opportunities to practice using each of the 5 references sources. As a culminating activity, they took a quick quiz within Nearpod to identify which type of reference source you would need to use to find certain types of information. The students were engaged in the lesson and loved being the first class to get to use the new iPads!
