The 5th Grade student’s in Mrs. Week’s class reviewed Reference Materials (atlas, dictionary, thesaurus, almanac, and encyclopedia) by using a Nearpod lesson created by Mrs. Hues. In the lesson the students watch an informational video, and then are provided with a link to practice using the tool. Students practiced with each of the reference materials and then took a quiz in Nearpod in which they had to determine which reference source would be best to use to find the information needed.
