Day & Night with Nearpod

5th grade loved Nearpod, so I thought I’d give it a try with 1st grade at Longan. They have been studying day and night, so I had them join this presentation to learn more and do a quick assessment. One nice feature with Nearpod is that I can direct them straight to the section on PebbleGo that I want them to explore. I can also control how long they get for research before moving them on to the next activity. The students loved panning around the 360 tour to see the sunrise and the sunset. In the sunrise photo, they were excited to look for shadows! They also enjoyed the fill in the blank and drawing portion, and they were able to practice clicking and dragging at the same time.
