Ms. Allen’s fifth grade students used the Makey Makeys to review science. Students wrote review questions that covered SOLs from the 4th and 5th grade science material they have learned for the past two years. Next, students worked in Scratch to learn how to make characters know as Sprites ask and answer the questions. Once students had their sprites asking and answer questions, the students hooked up the Makey Makeys to control the computer without touching it. The students had a great time.
