At Dumbarton Elementary the 5th graders in Ms. Perretz’s class were using Windows Movie Maker to make movies about plant and animal cells. The students took a video of themselves using the Dell webcam introducing their video. Once they had their video ready to go they saved it to their desktop, and then imported the video and pictures of cells into Windows Movie Maker. We added a title slide, and then added voice overs to finish up the movie. The students then published their movie and sent it to me using the Google Work Collector. Check out an example below!
