Mrs. Jackson’s kindergarten friends at Echo Lake Elementary have been talking about Martin Luther King, Jr. the past few weeks. Yesterday she invited me in to her classroom to work on a MLK Jr. project. Each child opened a Pixie template. We took a selfie and stuck it on our template, changed our t-shirt color and added our own dreams to the speech bubbles! They did a great job because our lesson got rescheduled and we only had about 30 minutes start to finish! Nice work Kindergarteners!
