I had the opportunity to work with several fifth grade classrooms to introduce Google Tour Builder. We used the site to enhance student learning of the southeast region. I walked them through the steps of accessing Tour Builder using their Google accounts and creating a new tour. We added each state in the southeast region to the map. Due to time limitations during our initial lesson, the children did not get to type in their research notes or upload photos about each state. They will continue to work on their tours independently to add this information. Below is a sample of the beginning stages of a student’s tour.
