Third graders in Ms. Chitman’s class wrote poems about snowflakes. Ms. Chitman wanted a way for the children to share their poems on the computer. First, I had the class install the Dell Webcam and take a picture of themselves. Next, we uploaded the picture to the website speechable.com where they typed their poems in speech bubbles. Afterward they saved their finished products to their desktops and shared it with Ms. Chitman using the work collector. I turned their individual poems into a class movie using Windows Movie Maker.
