MoveNote

The other night I was at home experimenting with a Chrome app called MoveNote. It looked like such a cool tool and I was wondering how to use it in the classroom. The next day (seriously) I had a lesson with 3rd grade teacher, Ms. Szakal, and I noticed she posted a MoveNote clip onto her Google Classroom to kick off a lesson. IT WAS AWESOME! Basically, MoveNote records a video alongside a Google Doc, Google Presentation, PDF, Microsoft Office file or picture. We have been so bummed that kids can’t do voice recordings on their Google Presentations so this would be a great alternative.

Also, I could see teachers using this to leave information about a lesson when they are absent or even send home the link for homework help/explanations. It has many different sharing capabilities. Here is a quick example:

Definitely try out MoveNote and get your students on board. They will LOVE it!
