Record MP3 and Vocaroo How To

Are you interested in teaching your students how to do Voice Recordings on programs they could use on any computer that has internet access at home? Check out Recordmp3.org and Vocaroo.com. I LOVE using these websites because when you are finished with your recording it provides you with a link that you can send home to parents, add to a Google Doc, etc.. Just like Audacity, they can also transfer your recordings into mp3s to save to your students folders or your computer. Vocaroo provides embed codes so you can embed recordings on your blog! It will also automatically turn recordings into QR codes. Have your students read and record a story, paste the QR code inside of the book they read and then have others scan the QR code and listen to their friends read!
