The fifth grade students at Sandston Elementary used Google Earth to explore the ocean floor. They have been studying the ocean for a few days, but wanted to see what the ocean REALLY looked like. The students used their laptops and the iPads to also conduct an experiment to see which device worked best for exploring the ocean. (They have not made their final conclusions yet). The students used this document to guide them and take notes. This can be done as a google form, a Pages document, or a piece of paper. Click the image below to download the pdf.
