My kindergarteners are still working on those clicking and dragging skills. Today we pulled out the laptops and used ActivInspire to make the Betsy Ross flag. It look longer than I expected to have the kids drag the 13 stripes and the 13 stars onto the template, so not a lot of students were able to get to page 2. Marina, in Ms. Barradale’s class, was able to finish making Betsy’s flag, and then she was able to move on to create her own flag! Seeing a 5 year old’s eye get huge, when they use the paint bucket tool for the first time is a glorious thing…
