Today I met with some of Ms. Pushchak’s students to work on some issues with their projects. We talked about some of the issues they were having in iMovie. We also worked out some of the music issues and timing some of them were having.
Ms. Bond’s students began working with Story Kit on the iPads. Students began making an All About Me story.
Ms. Burris’ class began making presentations on famous Americans using the green screen effect in Photo Booth. We really stressed 21st Century Skills. Students were allowed to choose their own partners. They were also allowed to choose how they presented key information on the following people: Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, George Mason, and James Madison . Students could choose to set up an interview type format like the “Today Show” or go back in time to interview their Famous American. The choice was up to them.
