Today Ms. Bond’s first graders had a refresher with Pixie. Students did a sorting activity while reviewing what the tools in Pixie did.
Mrs. Bryne’s kindergarten class learned how to use the trackpad today. The students used the site http://www.poissonrouge.com/bugs/. Students loved interacting with the bugs on the site. They loved painting with the butterflies, chasing the sneaky ladybug, pushing the insects along the string, and matching the ladybugs by click and dragging them into place. The students did a great job recognizing numbers and working on their trackpad skills.
