Second and Fourth grade students are using Keynote this week to show what they know about famous Americans. The second graders in Ms. Mathew’s and Mrs. Brinkman’s classes used a template to arrange pictures and fill in information about Famous Americans like George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Helen Keller, and Martin Luther King Jr. Download the template here. The fourth graders in Mrs. Williford’s and Mr. Broderick’s classes started their keynotes from scratch and were given time to create their own presentations about famous Virginians. The students included important information, added transitions, and will then present them to their classmates.Â
The second graders added a personal touch to their keynote by recording a video about their favorite famous person in Photo Booth and then copied it into their Keynote. Be sure to watch the video at the end of this sample!
