While I was working with the 2nd Graders I saw this picture being created. It is an amazing piece of artwork. Way to go Wyatt!!
The 2nd grade team has started a great project for their Native American unit. Each student will use Pixie to create a village/settlement for the Powhatans, Sioux, and Pueblo. They will write a couple of sentences about each group and then record their voice on each slide. After the slides are completed, I will visit classroom to turn the slides into one movie that the kids can view and share with their families.
