This activity is a combination of Language Arts, Math, and Technology. This second grade class read the story “The Mixed-Up Chameleon” by Eric Carle. After reading about this crazy chameleon, the students picked what they would like to be mixed-up with. We used Numbers to make the graph. Instead of using the traditional colored bars, we dragged pictures of our “mixed-up” creatures to the bars.
