Right Triangle Scavenger Hunt – 5300

Summary

In this project, students will apply geometric concepts to real-world scenarios. Students will be given the task of finding five real-world examples of right triangles and then solve for a missing side or angle, using the concepts that they have learned in class. Students will be required to provide the solution for each problem and demonstrate how they solved it. Students will also incorporate their examples into a story. Students will then share their projects with the class.

The students are directed to write a story about this connection using presentation tools of their choice.
