Field Day on Thursday!

Happy Sunday!  It is another beautiful day.  I hope you are enjoying it with your family.  I know everyone is anxiously awaiting the “POOLS” to open!

Field Day is on Thursday.  Please have your child wear their orange class t-shirt or an orange shirt and tennis shoes!  Dress for the weather outside that day too!

Field Day cannot be a success without the help of parent volunteers.  Thank you so much to all the friends who have volunteered to help that day.  If you are still interested in volunteering and helping to make it a huge success please see the link below to sign up for a station.  Thanks in advance! (We are still searching for a parent volunteer to cover a lunch break in our room from 12:00 – 12:45!)

Monday, May 30  is also a holiday in honor of Memorial Day.  School will be closed on Monday as well.

Please remember that we still have 17 more days of school left.  New instruction is still taking place each day.  Please remind your child to stay focused and do their best every day.

As we concluded our unit on Natural Resources we had a wonderful lesson about pollution!
