I want to take a minute to thank all the wonderful parents and students who helped make Teacher Appreciation Week so very special last week. I received many beautiful cards, flowers and gifts. Thank you once again for your encouragement and generosity.

This week we will study:
Language: Using text features in a non-fiction text to gather information, /ou/ and /ow/ sounds as in the words house and cow, vivid verbs, synonyms and antonyms
Math: Problem solving, using doubles and near doubles to add and subtract
Science: Natural Resources, Pollution and Conservation
