Henrico County Public Schools encourages students to do community service. Most community service can be done for the HCPS Program, but there are a few times where it isn’t as easy. Students and political campaigns is one of those examples. There are multiple opportunities for students to volunteer on any political campaign, whether for School Board Member or President of the United States.
Currently, the local coordinator of the Democratic Party of Virginia contacted me about opportunities for our students in the last days of the campaign. Students can be Interns or do other volunteer activities. Information is available on the flyers below.
Because of this, I’ve reached out to a contact for the Republican Party, but have not heard back. As soon as they do, I will post that information, also.
