*Mr. Kaechele Day will be Tuesday, October 6th. This is his birthday! Children are encourage to come to class wearing the color BLUE –that was his favorite color! We will be learning more about him on Tuesday.
*Our resource schedule looks like this for the week (you can find this information on my blog (https://blogs.henrico.k12.va.us/ttfabricant): Monday-Music, Tuesday-PE, Wednesday-Library, Thursday-Art, Friday-Music)
*Children are encouraged to do 5 activities on DreamBox per week.
*If you have not yet signed up for your child to participate in virtual PALS Testing, please use this link to sign up: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0e4ba5ac2ba75-pals Testing begins on Tuesday, October 6th and runs through late October.
*This week, we will be learning about the letters Dd & Ff, learning sight words THE, AT, and IN, patterns, and American symbols/traditions as well as the season of Fall.
*We will begin Mystery Reader this week (10/9). If you’d like to be a Mystery Reader, please sign up for a spot. I’ve made the Sign Up Genius to go all the way until the end of the school year. For right now, while we are virtually learning, the time will be from 12:20 – 12:30 PM on Fridays. If we go back to Face to Face learning, the day will remain the same, but the time slot will be closer to the end of the day.
