HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Hope that you had a wonderful winter vacation.  Those 3 extra days of vacation for snow were a terrific surprise.

Did you make a New Year’s Resolution?  I did!  I’m determined to get rid of these COVID quarantine pounds!  The best way to shed some unwanted weight is to eat right and incorporate more movement in your day.  The weather has been very cold, so it’s difficult to get outside to play.  If you still want to be active indoors check out my YouTube channel.  There are over 60 videos there to get you up and active!  Lots of dances but cool fitness activities too!   A few of these videos a day will really burn some calories!
