Have YOU signed up for the Henrico County Public Library’s Summer Library Club? Yes? Yay! No? No worries! There is still time! Please join us in preventing the “Summer Slide” by reading all summer long. Once you have registered and selected your school as Kaechele, you must go back to site and log in the number of days your child has read in order for our school to receive credit, and to be eligible for prizes. The public library’s summer reading club is just one opportunity of MANY to encourage your kids along the way. Check out all the opportunities HERE.
Teal Online Resources Sheet: Please hold on to this important sheet (located in your student’s orange folder or notebook) so that your students can continue to access our wealth of online resources over the summer such as Brain Pop, Study Island and Follett Shelf (for ebooks). Please also note that Library Databases as well as many school resources will now be accessed by logging on to our HCPS CLEVER page https://clever.com/in/henrico rather than using OneSearch or any other links we have used in the past. You can log into CLEVER using your student’s HCPS laptop log in, located on their Teal Online Resources Sheet.
Library Resources: All library resources are now due. Bills for any books still checked out will be in your student’s backpack on Tuesday. Please join us in rounding up the books that are overdue, and taking care of any lost or damaged book fees as soon as possible.
