Spring Sports Tuckahoe Middle School for the School Year 20-21:

Spring Sports will be played in Middle School this spring, but we will have to work together to for this to be a success. Over next 7 weeks you will be receiving a lot information through emails, my Blog on the School Website, and the Remind App. It is important that you read understand all the information and rules. I believe this is an opportunity to start getting things back to somewhat normal and I look forward to working with you and your children.

Below are items you can start working on to get ready for tryouts at Tuckahoe Middle for Spring Sports.

• Spring Sports Tryouts Start Tuesday, April 13, 2021 @ 3:30pm until 5:15pm.
• Sports offered: Baseball, Boys Tennis, Girls Soccer, Softball, and Track
• FORMS YOU MUST HAVE COMPLETED BEFORE TRYING OUT:
• PHYSICAL FORM: Physical Form Must be on Henrico County Public Schools Middle School Form, signed by a Doctor, All insurance information filled out, signed by both Athlete and Parent, and Dated May 1, 2020 or later (example May 2, …, 2020, June 1, 2,… 2020, July 1, 2, 3 … 2020, August 1, 2, 3, …. 2020 etc.)
• Rules and Regulation Form, signed by both Athlete and Parent.
• Concussion form, signed by both Athlete and Parent.
• Covid-19 Form, signed by both Athlete and Parent.

• All forms can be turned in to Coach Thompson if your child is returning to in-person learning, you may drop them off in the main office, or we may have 1 or 2 days of drive-up and drop-off after school sometime towards the end of March. Forms may be sent back home if not filled out correctly (Areas on the forms will be highlighted where corrections are needed).
• We hope to have a Spring Sports information meeting for all people interested in trying out. The date and time to be determined.
