Consultation: I will consult with administration, teachers, and parents about issues students may be facing that are limiting them.  This will be informal as well as formal conferences.

Response to Intervention  In order to develop and evaluate strategies to help students, I work with our wonderful Intervention Team, which involves administrators, teachers, parents, Mrs. Knitter, School Psychologist, and Mrs. Shrock, School Social Worker. We are a data based problem-solving team who work together to help children succeed at Echo Lake E.S.

Giving Tree: I work with our wonderful PTA to organize donations to families in need during the holiday season. Our ELES families are always so generous and touch so many lives!
