Requirements for Fall Showcase Tech Week and Showcase Participation
Visual Arts Students:
The Visual Arts teachers will offer an optional Open Studio day on Thursday, November 8th from 4:00-5:00 p.m. There are no required days for preparation for the Visual Arts showcase.
Visual Arts freshmen and sophomores (Levels I and II) are required to attend the Showcase Gallery on Friday night, 11/16. Visual Arts juniors and seniors (Levels III and IV) are required to attend the Showcase Gallery on Saturday night, 11/17. Everyone is welcome to come both nights
Rehearsal & performance schedule for CFA Dance, MT & Theatre Students:
Monday, November 12, 2018 LEVEL III and IV ONLY rehearsal (4:00-8:00 p.m.) SNACKS PROVIDED by FCFA
Tuesday, November 13, 2018 LEVEL I and II ONLY rehearsal (4:00-8:00 p.m.) SNACKS PROVIDED by FCFA
Wednesday, November 14, 2018 ALL LEVELS (4:00-9:30 p.m.) SNACKS PROVIDED by FCFA
Thursday, November 15, 2018 INVITATIONAL DRESS REHEARSAL (4:00-9:30 p.m.) DINNER PROVIDED by FCFA @ 4:00-4:45 COSTUMES 4:45 – 5:15 CALL 5:15 WARMUP/FINALE/REVIEW/NOTES from 5:15-6:00. HOUSE OPEN at 6:00 IDR from 6:30-9:00 (NOTE – IDR starts at 6:30 this year!!) Notes/wrap-up: 9:00-9:30
Friday and Saturday, November 16 and 17, 2018 performances: 5:30-CALL for student 7:00-PERFORMANCE (NOTE – Fall Showcase starts half hour early at 7:00 p.m
