CFA Specialty Center Student Timeline
November 3 & 4, 2023 – CFA Fall Showcase Visual Arts Gallery @ 4:30-6:30 pm = CFA Jeff Hall Gallery
November 3, 2023 – CFA Fall Showcase “Sneak Peek” in-school performance @ 10:00-11:30 am in HHS Auditorium (note: counselor/teacher must first confirm with Dr. Poxon how many students they are bringing to HHS; upon confirmation, counselor/teacher must organize the field trip to bring students to HHS)
November 4, 2023 – CFA Fall Showcase featuring Performing Arts @ 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm = HHS Auditorium (note: tickets available for purchase on GoFan)
November 8, 2023 – CFA Open House @ 7:00 pm = HHS Auditorium
November 15, 2023 – CFA Audition Workshop @ 6:00-9:00 pm = register for the Audition Workshop at the CFA Open House
January 13, 2024 – CFA Auditions at Henrico HS (inclement weather date January 20, 2024)
February 2, 2024 – HCPS students provided with online access at 4:30 p.m. to check application status. Emails will be sent to private school students.
February 9, 2023 – CFA Experience Day at Henrico HS @ 9:30 am – 12:30 pm
February 16, 2024 – The deadline for applicants to declare their intent or accept waitlist offers online is 11:59 p.m. Students may accept one center and one waitlist center, or students may accept two waitlist offers if they did not receive an offer.
