Weekend Food Bags

Dear Trevvett Family,

We have an opportunity to send home bags of non-perishable food items with students to help get your family through the weekend. The bags are packed off-site and delivered to Trevvett, where they will sit for at least three days before being sent home. I will deliver the bags to students’ classrooms Friday afternoons and sanitize my hands before and after each exchange. If you are interested in having your student(s) participate in this program, please fill in and return the slip below to your child’s teacher by March 12. I call this program my “Weekend Warriors.” Only one form needed per family.

Please contact me directly with any questions or concerns about this program.

Be well,

Bethany Bushey, M.Ed, NCC

School Counselor

Please contact me if you would like your child to participate.

Please take advantage of this opportunity if you are in need!

Food Assistance

I hope this note finds you and your family well! HCPS is providing an opportunity for “food kits” to be delivered to families twice a month to provide some assistance during this difficult time. If you are interested in having some food items delivered to your home twice a month, please email me at blbushey@henrico.k12.va.us as soon as possible and let me know how many people (children and adults) are in your home. Feel free to pass this note along to any Trevvett family you believe could benefit.

You will get an automatic reply message from my email about the school closure, but please be assured I will read your note and respond.

I miss all of your students’ smiling faces! Please say hello to them for me!
