Students utilize research to analyze the challenges ESL (English as Second Language) students encounter with English Language concepts. Programming students were instructed how to create objects in Adobe Photoshop, and learn how to program quiz games in Adobe Flash. Students researched information and incorporated both technologies to create their final project with collaborative teams of four (Researcher, Question Designer, Adobe Photoshop Designer and Adobe Flash game designer). These games were designed to entertain ESL students while strengthening the more difficult concepts of the English language such as idioms, past, present, future, homonyms.
