Fall Showcases are Coming!
Fall Showcases are coming soon! Dr. Poxon will be distributing information specific to the showcases the week of November 4th. Performing Arts students, please pay special attention to your information!
Concessions: Parents — FCFA welcomes donations of bottled water and snacks (Skittles, candy bars, prepackaged serving sizes of chips, etc.) for sales during performing arts showcases. Costco and Sam’s value packs are great! Drop off your donations at the CFA office by November 20th. Thank you for partnering with FCFA! Additional details for volunteer opportunities will be available November 8th.
Rehearsal Dinner Contributions: Since all performing arts students are required to stay on campus prior to travelling to Moody, dinners will be coordinated in the North Cafeteria by the FCFA. Check back beginning November 8th for ways you can help! Note that due to the number of students in the Performing Arts showcases, and the very limited time available for serving, the guidelines for dinners are very strict. FCFA will provide a main dish each night as follows, with families supplying sides/drinks/desserts as outlined on Sign-Up Genius (see www.friendsofcfa.com for the Sign-Up Genius)
- Monday: Level I and II — club style sandwiches and wraps with vegetarian options
- Tuesday: Level III and IV — club style sandwiches and wraps with vegetarian options
- Wednesday: All Levels — breakfast for dinner
- Thursday: All levels — chicken planks (with vegetarian options)
