Terms of Use

  1. Just like any time you’re using technology, you and your students should follow the Henrico County AUP for technology, the Code of Conduct and relevant portions of the Professional Qualities and Responsibilities document.
  2. Like your classroom, it is expected the teacher monitor this blog regularly to ensure the content is appropriate (including, but not limited to, all posts, comments, captions, and embedded media.)
  3. A student’s identity should not be jeopardized in posts, captions, embedded media, or comments.
  4. Please discuss the blog security settings and any subsequent changes you might make to them with your school’s ITRT. Changes in the blog settings are allowed at the discretion of the teacher, yet the results of these changes must be considered.
  5. Unless other steps are taken, HCPS blogs are on the Internet and viewable by the public. Please take that into consideration.
