LANGUAGE ARTS

We will continue reading The Phantom Tollbooth this week and may even finish it!  We will also review comma rules and continue identifying prepositions and prepositional phrases.  Your student can find resources in the Student Resources Folder to review these topics.  We will have Word Trek for the next two lists.  Your student knows that the list for next week can be found on the Friday slideshow if they would like to get started early.

SCIENCE
The students will finish their Science Review “Placemat” Project with their partner this week.  Then we will review atoms, molecules, and compounds with another fun project.  The students will make a license plate using the periodic table.

SOCIAL STUDIES

We are finishing up our exploration of the West Region.  The students were assigned a study guide to complete to help them prepare for the test on Friday, June 4th.  Completion of the study guide will count towards their Social Studies grade.  The students will also be introduced to partner project on one of the West Region states.
