Henrico County is extending the registration for Evening School Online HPE 9 and 10 to Friday, January 17, 2020.

The deadline for all other classes is Thursday, January 30^th

Sending Mid Year Reports to Colleges:

Regardless of your application deadlines, colleges will be requiring you to send your mid-year transcripts to them to see your senior year progress. Here are the steps:

1. Log in to your Parchment account
2. Order your transcript to the college, but before hitting submit…
3. Change the drop down from ‘Send Now’ to ‘Hold for Grades’
4. Submit an order for every school you are still considering at this point

Once HCPS finalizes all semester grades and re-calculates the final rank, we will upload the newest transcripts to Parchment, and your school counselor will process your request that is on hold. We will notify you of when this occurs, and you are welcome to check your Parchment Order History screen to see when the transcript has been sent by Godwin and when it has been downloaded by the college.
