The Office of Student Engagement & Leadership at William & Mary invites your students to participate in the fourth annual Leadership by Design program, June 23 – 28th! This 6-day, 5-night all-inclusive summer experience is for rising Juniors and Seniors who wish to establish or enhance their leadership abilities to create change in their communities. Built around the Social Change Model for Leadership Development, Leadership by Design emphasizes individual student growth through team building, community engagement, and an introduction to the college environment. Students will meet William & Mary professors and
administrators including several individuals from our Admission team. Speakers include Dr. Kelly Crace, Dr. Drew Stelljes, and Will Morris. We’ve hired a talented cohort of counselors: W&M graduates, who live in-residence, encourage and challenge participants throughout the program to grow in their individual leadership in a collaborative environment (and ensure they get good sleep and take care of themselves!).
We’ve worked hard to minimize costs: Our primary goal is to make this program accessible to all students no matter financial circumstance. Financial aid is available on a limited basis.
