The James River Association would like to offer a special program which gets students future ready. The program is called the James River Leadership Academy. This program is recruiting rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors. This program will provide students the ability to relate to others, strong communication skills, patience with others, active listening skills, genuine interest in others, flexibility, and good judgment. The goal of JRLA is to engage, develop, train, and inspire participants in preparation of taking personal and community-wide action to address issues facing the James River.
