Essay contest 2019 The contest is open to all elementary, middle, and high school students in Virginia. It offers a top prize of $100 in each of three grade divisions: elementary, middle, and high school. Seven additional cash prizes are awarded in each division. Deadline for entries is April 15, 2019.
