The Department of Exceptional Education and Henrico County Public Schools’ Transition Services are joining forces to put on this wonderful event. The night includes a resource fair which allows local agencies to connect with and empower students and families. Representatives from organizations located in Central Virginia and the surrounding areas will be on hand to provide information on options and services available to students and their families. Mini breakout sessions are available starting at 6:30PM. The 3 sessions address
