The School of Architecture at the University of Virginia is hosting an Open House for prospective undergraduate students on Saturday, April 8, 2017. Students who display an interest in architecture and design are encouraged to attend! During their day at the School of Architecture, students will:
Be welcomed by our new Dean, Ila Berman
Learn about our majors in Architecture (pre-Professional and Design Thinking), Urban & Environment Planning, and Architectural History, as well as our minors in Global Sustainability, Historic Preservation and Landscape Architecture
Tour our facilities, including our newly renovated studios and our innovative fabrication labs
Chat with our faculty, students and alumni about their research projects, classroom experiences, study abroad adventures and career goals
Attend an information session led by one of our admission deans and learn about our admission process
UVA encourages you to take a look at the complete schedule for the day. If students are unable to attend the Open House, they will have the option to attend our March 17th TourPlus event.
