Hello!  My name is Brandy Sharpe and I’m a kindergarten teacher at Maude Trevvett Elementary School.  This will be my 14th year teaching kindergarten in Henrico County!  I grew up in the Varina District and attended Seven Pines Elementary, John Rolfe Middle School and Varina High School.  I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University and received my Masters Degree in Education.    My husband, Andrew, and I live in New Kent County with our two beagles; Jake and Elwood.  I love to cook, travel, and take walks with our dogs.  My favorite pastime is curling up with a good book! Some of my favorites include “Harry Potter”, “The Polar Express”, and “Pete the Cat”.  I look forward to growing and learning with all of my new kinders this year!
