Being efficient is important when there is simply too much information that much be shared with teachers. In order to make all teachers aware of the new guidelines concerning terms of service and ages of students I created an informative video. I used the slide resource that was created by one of the Education Specialists along with a team of ITRTs. I added voice over to create a movie that presented all the information I would have shared during a face-to-face faculty meeting. I embedded this video along with a verification survey so that teachers could review the material as time permitted based on their own schedules.
