Following this modeling, students were asked to think of an important season of the year and how that season is special to them and their families. Next, digital storytelling was introduced. Questions were asked from the students on how accompanying pictures would benefit writing. An online movie producing tool, Wevideo, was introduced and modeled to the students. Students proceeded to create their digital stories and shared them with parents and classmates.
